We’re now looking for an Engagement Manager to be the glue that holds our client projects together. Someone who can own the customer relationship, push projects forward, and make sure the right people and resources are in play.

What’s the opportunity? 🤔

As an Engagement Manager, you’ll be at the front line of client delivery. You’ll own relationships with senior stakeholders, structure projects, and make sure our consultants and clients are aligned on what success looks like.

This is not an “account manager” role—it’s about driving outcomes. You’ll pull in Salesforce consultants, BI specialists, and data experts as needed, coordinate the work, and ensure we deliver value consistently. You’ll also play a big part in shaping how Leadspot scales: building frameworks, mentoring junior consultants, and defining how we engage clients.
