We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant who can turn complex business requirements into elegant Salesforce solutions. You’ll be one of the key builders of our Salesforce practice, working hands-on with customers to design, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce implementations that align business needs with platform capabilities.
This isn’t a “keep the lights on” admin role. You’ll get to:
- Work directly with senior client stakeholders on high-impact projects.
- Build Salesforce solutions that combine custom elements with tried and tested blueprints.

What will I be doing? 🚀
- Meet with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals—and translate them into Salesforce designs.
- Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, potentially Marketing Cloud) to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Build dashboards, reports, workflows, validation rules, flows, and custom objects.
- Guide customers on Salesforce best practices and help them balance “what they want” with “what Salesforce does best.”
- Lead discovery, solution design, and implementation projects end-to-end.
- Stay on top of Salesforce releases and recommend relevant innovations to clients.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
What skills do I need? 📖
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally in client-facing roles.
